Rules of Payment
Installment Schedule & Mode of Payment
The fee is payable for the full year in 4 installments using Cash, QR Code or Cheque / DD in favour of 'Mahesh Public School Jodhpur' (duly endorsed with the student's Name, class, admission no. and phone no. on the reverse of the cheque). Installments are deposited in April, July, October & January of the current session; exact dates are informed through the fee circular. All fee is payable between 1st and 20th of the first month of each quarter, with a grace period of 10 days. A late fee of Rs. 20.00 per day is charged for delayed payment. Parents must ensure fees are deposited on or before the due date without waiting for a reminder; otherwise, action will be taken for recovery of outstanding fees, and a student is liable to be struck off the rolls if dues for the entire session remain outstanding without justifiable reason. The school's decision on justifiability of non-payment shall be final and binding.
Cheque Return Charges
Any cheque returned by the bank is treated as non-payment of fees. In such cases, Rs. 250/- will be charged against the cheque returned.
Disputed Dues
In case of any doubt regarding the payment of dues, parents are advised to make the payment first and ask for a refund later.
Safekeeping of Receipts
Parents should kindly keep the receipts issued by the school/bank in safe custody and produce these to the school in proof of payments made, if required.
Non-CTS Cheques
Non-CTS cheques will not be accepted.
Refunds & Extra Charges
In case of any refund or extra charges levied by the school, parents should kindly contact the school.
Fee Bill Correspondence
All correspondence in respect of the fee bill should be taken up directly with the Accounts Department, MPS Jodhpur.
Withdrawal Notice
A clear calendar month's notice in writing, or a month's fee in lieu of notice, must be given before a pupil is withdrawn. In case of a sudden transfer of government or service personnel, one calendar month's notice can be waived by the Principal.
Refund Policy After Admission
Once a child has been admitted, no claim for a refund will be entertained. However, for other fees, the Withdrawal Notice rule above will apply.
Fee Dues Deadline
If the school fee dues (previous/current session) of your ward are not remitted by 28th February of the ongoing session, this non-payment may lead to withholding of the examination result, exclusion from offline/online classes, or cancellation of admission. Lapse of the time bracket given in the Installment Schedule rule above will attract a penalty / fine / late fee charges.
